Full Moon Writing Circle - A Space For Reflection & Letting Go
The Full Moon phase is a time of letting go and cleansing. To notice what is no longer working and to recallibrate.
The focus here is to devote time to ourselves, our bodies and what we desire and need from the Universe. A chance to reset and reflect especially with everything going on in our individual lives.
Through a series of writing and reflection exercises over 1.5 hours, you will prompted and guided to truly process, hold and let go of what no longer serves you. It is about making time for yourself.
What Will You Need?
A journal and writing utensils for the exercises (Pen and paper are recommended)
Loose paper for selected exercises.
An open mind and a readiness to notice, write and reflect.
